Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Misimu, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we'll do our best to make it right. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • The item is not listed as non-returnable (see Section 4)

  • You have proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.)

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  • Contact us at support@misimu.com within 4 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and a photo of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

  • We'll respond within 48 hours with return instructions

Please do not send items back without prior approval.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item), we'll cover return shipping.

  • If returning for personal reasons (change of mind, not suitable), return shipping is the customer's responsibility

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Used or opened skincare or cosmetic products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Clearance or fi nal sale items

  • Gift cards or promotional items

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We'll notify you via email of approval or rejection

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

Note: Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges

We only off er exchanges for:

  • Damaged items upon delivery

  • Incorrect items sent

To request an exchange, email support@misimu.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include photos and your order number.

If your item arrives damaged or an item is missing:

  • Damaged items upon delivery

  • Incorrect items sent

8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, we may have already begun processing the shipment and cannot guarantee cancellation.
